Siegel's Property: Essay and Multiple-Choice Questions and Answers (Siegel's Series)

What I most appreciate about this book is the actual exam questions. They are very similar to questions you would see on a law school exam. However, with that being said, the answers leave a lot to be desired. The answers aren't formatted in the typical IRAC or CREAC fashion and if that's what your Professor prefers, do not use the answer formats in this book. I used this book to prepare for my Property exam - the essay questions were very, very similar to what my actual property exam essays looked like. I wrote my answers and compared them to the answers in this book in combination with my own outline. The answers in this book helped me to spot issues that I may have otherwise missed. The multiple choice were a little easier than my real exam, but they still helped me to get into the mindset of MC's. I would strongly recommend this book for actual hypo practice- use the answers in this book for the substance, but use a better format for your writing if you're seeking high grades.I have tweaked my study methods a few times since starting law school and thus far have maintained good grades, I hope that this book along and essay practicing will help me go to great. I won't know for a few weeks though. I'll edit my review if needed when the time comes.

This is a great book which i will keep for bar practice but it was not very usefull for my lass or finals. Again it all depends on the professor that you have and there method of teaching. Regardless it good practice especially for Rules Against Perpetuities {RAP}

I'm evaluating it early--the final exam is Friday. But I feel great having gone through the multiple choice questions. VERY helpful!

This is a great book if you have a multiple choice exam. The questions aren't super hard...but it is not super easy either. Definitely worth it if you are looking for more problem sets before an exam.
