The whole concept of letting the Devine lead is very powerful and exciting the prayers although are "change me prayers " are still full of love and acceptance of yourself because realistically if you can't find any goodness in your own skin then you will have less to give to others we are after all unique. So for me this and other books from Tosha are very uplifting.

to my taste, even better than outrageous open-ness, love the stories, LOVE the prayers (some of my favourite prayers ever!) - AND LOVE THE WISDOM!! keep going back to this, regular part of my meditation routine and it is helping me to change my life in a most lovely way. that ego of yours is getting in the way so much more than you realise! this will help... (ps - I'm a church going christian and i love these!)

I rarely take the time to review but felt an intense pull to write one this time. I can’t believe this is a used book, it’s in absolutely perfect shape no flaws. I go to this book everyday, even though I always had a kindle version there is something about holding a book in your hand that connects you deeply with it helping disconnect with everything else. Thank you very much for this perfect copy.

This is the best book of its kind I have read in years. If you are thinking about it, just do it. I feel so much more positive and at peace after reading it, and believe me, that's something I have to work very hard on! I have emailed to ask if prayer cards are on the horizon and they are. I think it would be lovely to pick one of these beautiful prayers each day and meditate on it.

I really love the way Tosha Silver tells these real life stories of things that have happened to her and others. I loved reading this book and refer to it most days.

I like this book because I can browse through it. There are short stories over a page or two and then a prayer at the end. It's perfect for when you don't have a lot of time but you want something to motivate you as you go through your day.

I love this book. It is so easy and interesting that I almost read it one night. I have been using it and it has helped me. You can even make your own prayers for whatever issues you are going through.

This is the one of the most important books l have ever bought. My life was full of pain and fear and now am calm and looking to the future. Don't be put off by the prayers bit,it is not religious unless you want it to be. I have found my strength within me by reading Toshas funny and very real stories.We all need this book .xx
