I would have bought the 14" but my stove probably isn't large enough. **Q: what is ddifference between 4112 and 41126** A: They are the same pan except that the 41126 has a lid. Statements about 4112 being deeper are incorrect. I believed it and ordered both. Now I am returning the one without the lid (4112) because they're otherwise identical - same dimensions, appearance, and weight. The 4112 without the lid just costs $40 more than the 41126 with the lid. All Clad makes some great products but their model numbers are frustrating. **Q: is the lid available** A: Amazon has the "All-Clad Stainless 12-Inch Fry Pan Lid".
