Very comfortable and definitely waterproof. I take 6-6.5 so ordered a seven as i have wide feet, and they fit perfectly with a good walking sock. Lightweight, well finished and good grip. The laces are the round ones, but do not slip undone like others i have. They even came with a spare pair!These are ideal for casual / dog walking; the sole is probably not hard enough for any tough fell walking - go buy a pair of Scarpa or Brashers for that, but for lightweight holiday or dog walks they are ideal. These are a shoe, not a boot, so not much ankle support. For the money they are so much better than other similar priced brands i have used, only sorry did not buy a pair years ago. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Comfortable *by J***. on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 23 April 2019* This is my second pair I have purchased, as the first ones were sooooo comfortable! Like walking on cushions! I wear them every day for walking the dog, up to two hours at a time, and they are rugged enough to cope with most terrains, and I have never had a problem with them leaking, although if it is very wet, I do wear wellies. Fine for walking through damp grass.
