It works!
It does the trick! I read the reviews and assumed I was wasting my money and would need to return. I was pleasantly surprised that it worked! We have the chicco car seat adapter. Itโs a little snug and takes alittle more effort but everything snaps in as it should for safety! Iโll call it a win

Main seat does not work on bottom adapter. Only sibling seat.
We bought this adapter to turn our sleek stroller into a double stroller. We called Thule customer service to confirm if this adapter can be used with an infant car seat at top and the MAIN seat (that comes with the stroller) at the bottom and we were informed yes. Instruction manual is not that great and only has pictures and it seemed from the picture that it should work as well. After buying this from Amazon we tried to use it as such and the main seat would not fit on the bottom adapter. We called customer service again and they changed their statement and said only sibling seat can be used on the bottom. The main seat does work on the top with infant seat at bottom but I don't feel comfortable with a baby at the bottom where we can't see them. So we will see if we will keep this item or not but I wanted to give this heads up to anyone that was looking to use main seat and not purchase an additional sibling seat.

Adapter kit is useless if you want the main seat in front
The main seat that comes with the Sleek stroller does not attach to the front of this adapter kit. The Thule website and documentation lacks to inform you of this. If you want to use the Sleek as a duo stroller, you need to buy a sibling seat that includes this kit already. Save your money and just get a bassinet or sibling seat.
