Not A Typical Mayonnaise
The mayo is quite pleasant but has too much mustard flavor for my taste. Probably best for hot dogs, but not so good for sandwiches.

Wonderful Mayonnaise
Wonderful Mayonnaise. Bought this for those occasions when we would not necessarily have time to make fresh. Every bit as good as freshly made (better actually LOL), with none of the trouble.This is a true Mayonnaise, not the normal store-bought type.

Interesting Taste
This sis quite different from say Hellman's mayo. It has a top note of mustard. I used it to make a tartar sauce and it was awesome. Glad I tried it. For me it wont likely replace my Hellman's- its a quality product- no unpleasant after taste...its just different. Will order again.
