I was a total bread machine newbie. Before i got the bread machine I'm going to have to knead dough....blah, blah, blah! So imagine how thrilled I was when I looked at the manual and saw that all I had to do was put the ingredients in, and turn it on! Yowza! The bread was light and soft, as well as delicious. All in all, I highly recommend this product. It's easy, and versatile. Can be used to make many different types of bread, Making the Best Bread and giving it as gift to my friends and family...I can make cookies and pound cake along with regular cakes too. I Love making all the goodies my family and friends can eat!

So, following the included manual that is a little difficult to read as its translated and doesn't really give the best instructions, I created bread. The problem is that flour listed in grams doesn't really relate to cups or oz as grams is weight and cups/oz is volume. Enough said google that 500g is about 4 cups of flour. The machine looks good and the glass? covered top is easy to clean, also its not an eyesore. So, lets connect to Alexa so I can use the handy dandy commands. Well, I work in IT and I'm stumped. The QR scan either brings up Google pay or a known malicious site.... hmm okay the App is callled Smart Day. I don't know if it works for Apple as I have Android and I can guarantee it will crash on open. I tried three different phones. So, I read

I normally use a standard mixer to knead the bread dough but it just takes a long time to mix the ingredients to the bread texture I’m looking for. And I always have to keep an eye on the mixer. So I finally decide to get a bread maker. This machine is awesome! All you need to do is pick a setting from the menu and the amount of bread you are going to make, then u put all you ingredients in it n press start and just let the machine do it’s job. The outcome is amazing. The kneaded dough is just beautiful. It’s is effortless, and during the mixing process I can get other things done around the house. I’m excited to try the other functions of this machine. Very easy to use, straightforward.

The machine looks good but the instructions make no sense. All I want to do is press a button and make the bread. The control panel is not intuitive and I think I set a delayed timer and no way to reset even after plug and replug. Now I have to wait six hours on top of the three to make the bread?? I bought a bread maker so I could put in ingredients and go, not spend hours on how to figure it out. Return on day one. Don't waste your time unless you like spending lots of time figuring things out. Maybe if someone made a video on how the control panel works it would be fine.

So, I picked this model for two reasons 1) it had a sourdough mode 2) WiFi control. As a bread machine it does what’s expected, manual is a joke but really, the process is not rocket science. The WiFi on the other hand is pointless. If the app no longer works, there is no way to interface with the unit, thus the extra cost for the WiFi was a bust unless you like seeing an annoying constantly blinking WiFi indicator that continuously reminds you that you’ll never be able to use it.

I bought this bread machine for my wife. She is so satisfy with it. It looks so fancy and high-end quantity. She likes use dough program and then bakes in oven. It's really delicious. And the milky loft is my favorite program so far. The bread is so soft and the recipe is perfect. This bread machine could set for different color and size, which could meet you different needs. There are still a lot of programs that we haven't tried, like Cake, Jam and Yogurt. I am so excited to try every program. Highly recommend.

Well, if you think you may like waking up to a freshly baked bread smell in the morning like I do, look no further! This is making baking bread so simple that it is crazy. You just add all the ingredients and press start. That’s all you do and the bread tastes amazing. I use all organic ingredients and have an organic bread which costs friction of what it would cost buying from Whole Foods. Ability to add nuts in the bread is superb. One annoying issue is that the Wifi connection does NOT work no matter how hard I tried( I’m a very “techy”person - I guess I just invented a word there). However looking at it now after using it for more a month, not sure why you would need the WiFi. You need to be next to it to put the stuff in it so you might as well just click the physical button while you are at it. And done. Highly recommend.

I have only used the machine once, but I am really excited to have it and looking forward to trying different types of breads and doughs. I haven't used the reservation function yet, so I can't comment on that. I was a little worried how the bread would turn out but it was delicious! The process was easy: just put the ingredients in the order they are specified, push a button, and wait for the bread.
