Great recipe book and with lovely pictures which helps. Just what I wanted as I love mixing spices and marinades when I'm cooking and this gives me extra ideas. Easy to follow and not overwhelmed with loads of ingredients which put you off before you even start; just a few ingredients to add together and off you go. Very pleased with purchase

I've made two rubs from the book and both were very good. Maybe using rubs is just so simple but I would prefer if there were some more detailed recipes. A very good compendium of BBQ rubs!
