I loved this product. I’m not sure why all the negative reviews. There is cute daily treats for the kids. Mine were excited every day to open and I even recommended it to friends. The final day is the Christmas hatchimal in the egg. Would be great to get the 12 day’s of Christmas surprise eggs to go along with. I feel this was well worth the money and will continue to buy. LOVED THIS! I got this during a flash sale before Christmas. All month long my daughter enjoyed opening the doors every morning. It had a surprising number of actual hatchimals in It! I think there ended up being 6 or 7 actual hatchimals (2 of which were bobble heads) and 4 nests!! Along with little presents and bows and a couple cute things we put together. Plus it unfolded into a winter scene to put everything on. After Christmas we through away the top part and she kept the winter wonderland scene to keep playing with. Alot of advent calanders are disappointing because they have mostly junk. This was NOT one of those. I was very very happy and so was my 6 year old. And now she also has quite a few "exclusive " hatchimals she cherishes!!

My daughter loves the holiday season, particularly the countdown to Christmas! In past years we have used a variety of different Advent calendars. This year we decided to combine two of her favorite things - the countdown to Christmas and Hatchimals!When I first saw this Advent calendar, I knew it would be coming home with us! My six-year-old is obsessed with Hatchimals, and she will be especially impressed that this set includes accessories and a play scene for her Hatchimals.The cover of this set opens to create a landscape for your Hatchimals, along with displaying the countdown doors. On the landscape, there are flaps that can be lifted up to add snowmen, trees, and a bridge to your scenes. Each of the numbered doors on the outside of the calendar corresponds to the day it should be opened. She will punch open the perforated #1 door on December 1st, and then the #24 door on Christmas Eve. The doors are not resealable, so this set isn't meant to be reused year after year.Throughout the month, she will open up doors that contain one of the following - five glittery nests, an assortment of stand up decorations (trees, snowmen, fireplace, and gifts) with stickers to decorate, little accessories for your Hatchimals (sleds, bow ties, and gifts for them to hold, seven regular Hatchimals, two twin bobble head Hatchimals, and one surprise Hatchimal inside a blue and snow-speckled egg.I am posting my review before she has had a chance to open it so that others may be able to make a decision about getting this before December 1st. But I will definitely update my review if we've got anything to add after she opens it! All of the pieces included seem to match the quality of our other well-loved Hatchimals, and I can't imagine anything happening that would change our opinion of this five-star review!

It was a big hit with the kids, good variety, builds anticipation like a good Advent calendar should. On a given day you will get either a Hatchimal that is NOT in an egg (9 days), a nest (5 days), or a craft set with buildable scenery and stickers to decorate it (5 days), or tiny accessories for the characters to wear or hold (5 days), and on the 24th day you get a special Winter egg with an extra-special Hatchimal inside. There is no 25th day so it ends on Christmas Eve if you open one-a-day in December. The order is done well, it rotates among the different types of things so you don't go too many days in a row without getting a new Hatchimal character. The two red and green foxes are made differently than the other Hatchimals; they feel like cheaper plastic and are kind of bobble-headed (kind of a fun surprise). Each nest gets a bow (sometimes on a different day) but the kids were disappointed on the days they got nests (I guess nests are not so fun). The crafts were cute and fun to decorate, but they instantly fell apart after assembling... impossible to play with (glue is needed to hold them together). The special egg on the last day had all the anticipation the wow factor needed to end the set. The product we received was in-tact and did not appear to be missing any pieces. Conclusion: while there are improvements they could make for next year, I would still recommend this set, just be aware of what you are paying for, you can see the items clearly or just watch an unboxing video before you buy.

We haven’t opened them all yet, we’re on day 4 and each one is SO Cute! Tiny little 🎁 presents for the hatchimals to hold, she has two so far, and the pop ups that are attached are Super cute. My 7yr old daughter loves playing with it. The parts are really tiny so I wouldn’t recommend for toddlers. But overall I’m very happy with this!

My daughter absolutely loves Hatchimals. The calendar was well worth the price . My daughter loved the accessories and the Hatchimals that came in the set. 6 full sized Hatchimals and 9 Hatchimal pets and the accessories. Haven't put the little cardboard peice together but looks like they will hold up pretty sturdy thick. I loved what we gotten out of it so far i actually found a calendar from 2019 and purchased it. Any girl who is crazy about Hatchimals will absolutely love this.

After a couple of doors are open it is easy to see some of the surprises in other doors through the clear plastic underneath the thin cardboard. The cardboard also starts to pull away and a toy was dislodged from its door.We decided to use painters tape to to secure it to the plastic and also used the painters tape to cover the areas you could see the other surprises. Since it is not cheap advent I hope that they do better next year with these issues.Otherwise my daughter is still excited to open every morning even though she knows what a couple of the other days have waiting for her.

My daughter loved this. She hates chocolate so finding an advent calendar without was awesome. It comes with toys and crafts - which are easy enough for her to do on her own. We are only 4 days in, but so far she's loving it. The base for the scene you create with the crafts/toys is thinner box board, so it is a little flimsy, but if you aren't moving the whole thing around a lot, it should be sturdy enough.

This was a gift for my granddaughter. She absolutely enjoyed it. It was expensive, but, if it put a smile on her face, then it was worth it to me.

Probably best gift she'll get this year... maybe I should have tried harder.Most pieces seem nice and small, so they will be easy to throw away without her noticing.Every 9 year old girls dream, each day she is excited to see what piece she gets next.Highly recommend.
