This MORINGA LEAVES POWDER... takes about a week to get use to drinking? Ok I use it with my cream-Cheese w/toast in my hot oatmeal! And a very delicious protein drink!! I’m very glad I purchased, this product!! Thank you, AMAZON. Fast delivery, also!

Endless health benefits
I was very happy finding this product online versus making a trip to a vitamin Shoppe. It arrived on time with no issues. The negatives to this powder are its very hard to mix in liquid and the taste. I found the best way to ingest it was with yogurt,applesauce or something similar bc mixing it in a drink was impossible. I also take diatamaceous earth for its health benefits and while that mixes up easy moringa powder wouldn't. As for the taste its really bad and it lingers for awhile after. When I Don't drink my coffee fast and the diatamaceous earth settles at the bottom I can add a little water and drink it quickly. With this I can't. I suggest sprinkling it throughout a salad or thicker food to mask it. Regardless the health benefits are excelkant

Do your research
Not for everyone. I have ibs and was hoping to help with my issues. Instead I got mad runs, and it tastes like a hella spicy radish. Could barely choke it down.

Says 114 servings on the purchase then when you receive the item it magically says only 45 servings per jar ... it’s deceiving the customer may have still bought this just don’t like being lied to
