Wonderful flavor.
I’m not sure what the negative review was from but I love this EVOO. Am getting ready to purchase it again.

Flavorful addition to Italian dishes.
Delicious. Not a cooking oil, rather, a flavoring element to be added just before serving.

Quality Olive Oil But Extremely Peppery
I like Monini Fruttato Olive Oil so I thought I would try their Umbria Olive Oil. The Umbria Oil I find extremely peppery in flavor and dominant when using a tablespoon of Umbria for sauteing or a little as a salad dressing or condiment for dipping. Not sure what I will use it for. The Monini Fruttato also has a peppery flavor but is much milder and I use it fairly often.

Past suggested use date. Havested in 2019. Purchased 2021.
I am so disappointed. I bought this as it is from Umbria. This oil was harvested in 2019 and I purchased it 2021. Even unopened it is suggested it be used in 12 to 18 months. I have wasted my money and will not be buying olive oil online. My suggestion would be to post the harvest date in the description.

The Best of the Best DOP Umbria Extra Vergine Olive Oil (when fresh and not expired)
This Olive Oil DOP Umbria is the best tasting Olive Oil that’s actually from Umbria and available in the US. in Italy, DOP means the best of the best!!! That said, unlike wine and alcohol, Extra Vergine Olive Oil DOES NOT have a “vintage”, the older it is, the closer it becomes rancid because Unlike cooking oil that can last a few years, Extra Vergine Is truly only good for 2years at most before it starts turning rancid very quickly. Now, why it’s being sold to unsuspecting customers is actually not the Olive Oil’s fault, and definitely IS the Vendors fault for selling oil that is well past its best by date. I saw a bottle on one of these that displayed “Harvested Year 2013” and it’s now 2021. Yep, 7-8year old oil that likely turned several years ago... Why it’s even being sold if that’s not some old photo that no one ever updated, is mindboggling. Buyers: you want as new as possible!!! This particular Olive Oil is made in a small town next to mine, they would like be in shock to know that their olive oil is being sold well past when it’s best.

From the current description... Wellness Cat Food Core chocolate kn Turkey chicken. This product contains Natural Ingredients. This product is manufactured in United States. Freezing and Chilling Temperature of the product is Ambient: Room Temperature This is not cat food, this is olive oil for humans. This is not reassuring to see this description.
