This is my go-to Stevia brand. It has been consistently high-quality over the years. I like the sweet profile in my hot beverages (tea and coffee). It is a good sugar substitute. Regarding the health benefits, I am not an expert. You must do your due diligence to understand if stevia is the right natural sweetener for your health.

This is the best tasting stevia I've found. We have been using truvia for years when I started to buy it at Costco when they sold 1000 pkgs for about the same I am getting 500 for now from Amazon. It's still the best deal for now.

It is a good product. Only reason I gave it 4 stars, instead of 5, is because I have to add a little Splenda to it because it by itself is not sweet enough for me. Packaged well.

The BEST sugar replacement I’ve ever used.
This product is sweeter than real sugar. I have found that it’s best to measure frrom a tea spoon adding a little at a time, stirring and tasting until I’m completely satisfied with the result. Then I can make a mental note and use a similar amount the next time I use it. I haven’t had any adverse effects from this product.
