I bought these to Mount lights to my ranch hand, brush guard, and it worked amazing. They seem pretty good quality and give you quite a bit of options with the rubber pads.

Works good, but not great on a 1.75 inch bull bar. Uses mounting foam tape instead of a rubber gasket. Doesn't take much to rotate the light bar.
