Easy to use and Cake turned out perfect

A family member told me about a cake that her neighbor had given her and asked me if I could make one. I found the pan on Amazon and read the reviews then placed my order. I have used this pan 3 times now and am very pleased with the pan and the included recipes. The pan is durable and easy to clean. I don't have any problem with the cake sticking. It comes out nice and clean. This is a small pan so you might need two if you use a recipe other than the ones included.

Loved this cake pan. I sprayed it with baking spray that also contains flour and the cake just slid right out. It was easy to wash also as I could have just wiped it out with a paper towel. I saw some knock off pans but the reviews indicated the cake was sticking so I ordered the original one from Pipka and I was very happy with the results.

Pipka ORIGINAL Almond Cake pan is wonderful for baking my Scandinavian almond cake. My only complaint? Although I realize it is a specialty baking accessory, IMO it seems very pricy for a single pan.

We baked a Scandanavian recipe called Pipkas's Famous Scandinavian Almond Cake. No issues at all. And the cake tasted wonderful!

I made a traditional almond cake and it turned out perfectly.
