Can I hear a heart beat?** A: After buying one and reading reviews, here's what happens: it is a 2 directional stethoscope. The sound is not super loud, but it is there. The piece you place to listen can be twisted to change which direction you can listen from. If it's twisted the wrong way, you will hear nothing. **Q: Does this look real? Is it adult size? I need stethoscopes for a movie prop. Would these work?** A: It is real and adult sized.
