ExitexSelf Adhesive Surface Mounted Intumescent Strip with brush, White, 5.2m

I had to find a solution quickly to make my newly installed front door compliant with fire safety regulations. This is great if your door didn’t come with a seal and you don’t want to spend a fortune. At first it made it a little harder to shut the door but don’t worry after a few days it goes back to normal and you won’t even notice the difference. Fire safety check passed.

This item came in a battered package and the alcohol wipes and firedoor stickers where not included. The glue backing tape was difficult to remove without the brush section coming off separately. The whole thing looked like old stock. Very disappointed. Best thing about it was it was delivered swiftly.

Unfortunately found the self adhesive strip had difficulty adhering to the painted wooden surface.
