Fresh Sugar Cane Sugarcane Saccharum Officinarum (5lb)

Compré esta caña por cómo se veía en la foto y nada que ver, esto fue lo que le mandaron esto no sirve. Muy decepcionada con mi compra.

The vendor sent me a large bag filled with these guys, and each one was about 3 inches in diameter. Once received, you have to eat them quickly because they’ll get fungus on them of some sort and when that happens, they need to be disposed of. As a result, the vendors send them quickly, and you have about four or five days in which to consume what you want. I figure it was a goodbye, and inexpensive cost for something we used to eat all the time in my childhood down in Savannah.

When it arrived it was dried out and we threw it out.

So I bought sugar cane from Amazon. 🫢And I wasn’t sure what to expect. But it is ok surprisinglyI wished the pieces were bigger. But hey we can’t always get what we wished forYeah! I think I would order from them again

This came completely unpackaged and delivered through US mail. When we opened it it smelled of mold. Photo evidence of pink mold, white mold, and black mold as well as rot included. Also, it's illegal to send produce through the US Mail without packaging.

The sugarcane arrived in great shape and was very tasty. Rather pricey but exactly what I wanted.Update: 4th purchase. From Golden Grande delivered 4/6/24 was terrible. Harvested young, strong taste of fertilizer, and probably beginning to rot. Not palatable. Give me cane from JL Capital Venture please. That's who sold me the previous 3.

Would not buy a again.

Arrived unwrapped in a cardboard box. It is brown and rotten with white fungus / mold on the ends. It looks disgusting and smells bad. This item can not be returned.
