This is the only vitamin that did not hurt my stomach or give me diarrhea and I feel amazing when I wake up in the morning after taking it at night

This product was recommended by my son's physical therapist to help with complications due to his Ehlers Danlos w/ hypermobility, Athetoid Cerebral Palsy and scoliosis. I like that this product is vegan, is reasonably priced, has 90 400 mg capsules that will last for 3 months and comes in a glass bottle.

I’m glad this magnesium is natural and of good quality but I don’t like the size or that you need to have 3 per day.

Really can’t tell whether there is any benefit to taking,at least it is easier to swallow than the other horse pills than I bought,no taste
