I purchased the bottom piece of the controller to test it out and see how hard installing it would be before purchasing more pieces. To my surprise the installation for the bottom piece only is the easiest one. I later bought the top shell piece and buttons, and those in my opinion require a bit more skill to successfully install. So if you are looking to customize your controller but don’t want to hassle with taking the entire controller apart, I would recommend only getting the bottom shell piece. ALSO. These pieces will not work with unbranded controllers.
