Deodorising Spritzer for Smelly Dogs - Silver based spray which calms, deodorises & conditions dry, itchy and flaky skin - Perfect for sensitive skin

I have two Westies and use this product for freshening up in between shampoos! We are long term purchasers of Aromesse products and cannot recommend them highly enough!!

So what makes this worth five times the price of similar products?I don't know.It's definitely not the smell, which is quite sickly. If it actually deodorises and didn't smell of anything after that would be great, though probably impossible.Saying it calms is laughable, but that may be a problem with our dog specifically. He doesn't like getting sprayed.Not convinces there's enough going on with the spray for it to actually have any effect on skin condition, but it didn't irritate his skin.Comes in a very nice sprayer bottle you may be able to re-use.

The Deodorising Spritzer for Smelly Dogs does well to remove or mask smells on our dogs quickly and easily. The product claims to calm dogs as well but sadly this didn’t work with our anxious pup.

Compared to other deodorising dog products I regularly use, this product was not as good. The smell was not as nice and it only lasted about a day. Disappointing!

Using this is like having a smelly dog who becomes a smelly dog after use. The scent is subjective, however. What some people find pleasant, others can resent, so it isn't easy to judge how beneficial this product would be for you.I was concerned when I smelled the citrus tones in the odour. Citrus essential oils are toxic to cats and dogs. For this product to use citrus, it can't be essential oil; it must be synthetic oil.I can't rely on this product because of the risk of toxicity. My cat and dog play together, and the cat grooms him every time they play, so I can't risk having my cat lick his fur with this treatment on it.On a final note, I don't like it - because it stinks. Counterproductive or what!

Perhaps my expectations were wrong as I am a first time dog owner and first time dog deodoriser user, but I was quite disappointed with this product. Positives first - the product is nicely presented with a quality container and spritzer mechanism which can be reused for other uses once the product is finished - i.e. spraying indoor plants water. The product does smell very nice as well, but this the smell doesn't last more than half a day on our pup -- and that's certainly true of any deodorising claims, too. Perhaps this is how it's meant to work, but I'm not keen on spraying the dog daily and if that's the expectation, then the product is going to prove very expensive.If this is how the product and all similar ones are meant to work, I apologise for my ignorance, but I will be looking for alternatives if that's the case. I have tried baking soda and that seems somewhat more effective and significantly cheaper, although certainly not as convenient.

Delivered by AmazonI got this spray for my daughter's Frenchie who suffers from itchy skin .The bottle of spray isn't large , it's a metal cannister with a black plastic pump action sprayer on the top .In the description it claims to not only deodorise but it has silver spray which calms itching . I'm hoping this will work , if not it's off to the vets !A good price giving a provisional four stars
