I was a loyal zagg customer for years. Then they cranked up prices to ridiculous levels and started charging for warranty replacements right when some great competitors came to market. Great way to ruin the business and lose customers.This screen protector was ridiculously expensive and the two corners by Face ID don’t sit flat. No idea what I was thinking but I wish I never made this purchase.No rounded edges (likely intentional since they’re pretty much industry standard). Makes it highly annoying to swipe up from the bottom of the screen for FaceID. Maybe Zagg forgot how to make a requirements document. Also MAKES IT MORE PRONE TO EDGE CHIPPING AND KEEPS WARRANTY REPLACEMENT REVENUE COMING IN.I was also looking at their Glass+ Visionguard for the 2018 iPad Pro which is notoriously unfriendly to screen protectors. Found out ALL of them are 0.75mm thick or 3X THICKER than most competitors. Complaints abound about cracks, edge chips and with the IPad Pros, loss of touch sensitivity. It seems Zagg is totally out of touch with its customers.

Update 0-1 star: Despite extreme care —this plastic “guard” Cracked (fault lines across my screen & all 4 corners), Bubbled (top, bottom) Broke into sharp bits (corners) in less than 6 months. I’ve thrown this useless item (& my money!) away;I’m glad there’s no resulting damage to my phone screen or cover. Will shop another brand!Original review 3 stars: The plastic cover type protection product (versus thicker glass version) appears fine & installation is simple. There’s a disparity in the blocking of UV light claim made on this Amazon site that is MISSING/no mention of UV light block/protection from the product’s box & zagg.com site. ?? Inquiries made—no response yet.

I used to buy Zagg screen protectors for every phone. This is the first one I’ve bought and had all the corners chip off within one month of using it. The screen protector even cracked all the way across when it fell off a plant stand (approx 5 inches off the ground). This is the cheapest piece of trash I’ve ever bought. And on top of it they now require you to pay $5 shipping and handling even though I just paid $45 a month ago. What a waste of money.

Installation instructions are easy to follow, and package includes the glass, detailed instructions, a cleaning cloth, wet wipe and installation frame. After oh so carefully cleaning my phone screen to eliminate every smudge and speck of dust, it was PERFECT. Then came the application of the InvisibleShield Glass...Peeling the protective film from one side of the glass exposes the adhesive side of the glass. In the 10-15 seconds that I took to precisely position the InvisibleShield Glass onto my phone screen, the InvisibleShield Glass became contaminated with 5-6 pieces of dust. I suspect that the simple act of peeling off the protective film created a static charge, which attracted any airborne dust particles, lint, etc. from the air and onto the glass adhesive.Once the InvisibleShield Glass was placed down on the phone screen glass, the dust particles created air bubbles that were impossible press out. The dust was now embedded to the InvisibleShield Glass! There is no way to remove the dust from the adhesive. Perhaps others are willing to accept this flaw in return for an added layer of phone protection. But for me, this is completely unacceptable given the price of this thing. I have wasted $50.

DO NOT order ZAGG products third party.I cannot get refunded because I ordered this through Amazon.Sure, it’s easy to install and it did protect my screen on a few drops.HOWEVER, I’ve been through THREE replacements in 3 months since I ordered the first one.Each one starts to splinter at a corner and then cracks all the way through itself. I didn’t even drop the phone with the last 2 screen protectors on. The one cracked sitting on a table without being touched or even installed on the phone. For $45??? I would not recommend this product.

I’ve been using Zagg screen protector products since 2014, and simply they work. December 2014 new iPhone 6 Plus hit the cement floor at Costco (four ft drop), screen protector took the impact iPhone screen saved. Zagg replaced cracked protectors. This is a no brainer for me, have something I want protected. Want clarity of the phone I paid for through the screen protector, then I buy Zagg.Plus Zagg is super easy to install.

Very clean glass. Installing was as easy as laying it in place. It even comes with a placement guide to drop the glass in. No brainer!

Absolutely useless. Have used the Olixar products in the past and was attracted to the blue light reduction. First time I dropped the phone from a low height the screen protector shatters. To get a replacement you have to pay shipping thats fine plus add credit card details if you do not return the original product otherwise you will be charged again. Great business model as I guess many returns dont return!!

Pour mon iPhone XS Max , une fois installé le produit est super. Le problème c’est l’installation. Vous devez d’abord nettoyer l’ecran Et enlever les poussières à l’aide d’un linge microfibre, d’un collant et d’une lingette. Jusqu’à ce moment tout va bien. Viens l’installation du guide pour l'écran Protecteur, facile. Puis viens l’étape cruciale du dit écran protecteur. Le collant se décolle sans enlever la protection du dessous, vous devez forcer sans briser votre écran, vous suivez le guide , installer et oups il y à encore des poussières mais qui elles étaient sur la protection ce qui cause des bulles d’air ce qui vous fait sacrer un bon moment puisque vous voulez profiter de votre nouvel appareil et de son plein écran.
