money worth but the product is defective most of the time
ITs value for money , with this budget its ok but sometimes you need spend more money. So its wast of money and time if you received defective product.And seller giving fake promise of refunding 400Rs if you given good review in amazon. they asked me to add good review and sent the picture in watsapp so that you will be get 400Rs money back . Thats why most of then giving good review.installed the product and motor and adapter is not working . since there is no warranty/guaranty for this product I purchased from local shop and repaired in my own money,.purchased two machine both are defective the second machine HR1 is not working. for installation we have to pay 550Rs and you have repair if any parts not working.

Bad product
Product had leakage problem and the technician took 3 long hours for installation and dint mention to us that there is defect in it.Now I am skeptical about getting back the installation cost and also have requested them to take the product back.

cheap price-cheap quality
received product in good packing and in time. water taste is not good as other expensive products. quality of all filter cartridges are doubtful( low quality sediment filter, just a sponge in UF cartridge-i personally checked by cutting provided filter, don't know about other carbon filters, RO membrane looking some good.) UV light stopped working after few days of working.

Good purifier.. very tasty water.. installation problem.. value for money
Good product.. using for last three months.. was good enough... Filters are all good.. UV lamp not glowing sometimes don't know why.. UV bulb is good... But starter was not working I think... called seller for two days in the given number for installation.. no reply... Got reply on third day only.. he gave local installation guy number.. he didn't came to install.. keep on telling excuses.. lastly installed it myself.

Major Disappointment
After getting the delivery, I inspected the product and it had some serious defects. Also after carefully installing the water purifier, there was a lot of water leakages inside the system. It was defected. I returned it and got my refund.

Comparing to other purifier water taste is difference. Purolite output water taste is not good. Because they offer only low quality filters

Value for money.
Worth for the money. Product is really good. Initially I got TDS of water to be 1 only. Then after resetting the TDS controller - now it's 50. The water is very tasty.
