Assembly accomplished in 30 minutes by 9 year old..
The media could not be loaded. We received our Archimedes screw kit yesterday. My 9 year daughter was able to separate the parts, read the instructions and assemble the kit with minimal assistance from me. After the glue had dried, she gave it a spin, and it worked very well. She loves it, and has been playing with it all day. It is smaller than we had expected, but very sturdy, and is very entertaining to watch. We attached a video of the completed machine. I would recommend this kit to everyone. 🙂

Fun and easy
The media could not be loaded. The kit has instructions that are pretty easy to follow. I got the motor kit as well, and it works well but it's pretty loud.

Thin wood
Maybe I missed it in the description but the wood is paper thin and will not stand up to any kind of kid probably using it
