I have chronic migraines and my ears get sensitive that even earbuds hurt. Will a product like this help reduce noise but not hurt my ears?

It's possible, but I doubt there's any way to really know without trying them for yourself. I get migraines and have sensitive ears, but one of my ears is formed slightly differently. On my left ear there is a raised area where normally that part of the outer ear "cups" around the tube (where the visible part of the Loop sits). The Loop can become uncomfortable for that ear after a while, while the "normal" ear is not affected. As for the part you insert into your ears, you'll receive different sizes you can try out to determine what is comfortable for you. The outer loop portion is not heavy enough to cause pressure on the buds or create discomfort for me.

Do these come with one or two pairs of mutes?

Mine came with two pairs of Mutes, white and black.

Will these work for misophonia? My biggest trigger is keyboard typing but I need to hear people talking any advice?

Yes, these work well for reducing or silencing low sounds, while still allowing voices to be heard.

Are these waterproof?

They have foam tips that go in your ears, like ear buds. I don't think a little water would bother them, but pool chemicals or sea water might break down the tips after a while.
