I love this little notebook!
I love this little notebook so so much! I use it several times a day to write myself reminders and random little notes. I already love writing on grid paper, but the paper in this notebook is especially nice. Even my fountain pens write beautifully on it without bleeding through to the other side. It's become one of those little things I use constantly and I definitely recommend it!

Thin but decent quality. The pages are more off-white than bright white.
For $15, it's a small notebook, but seems nicely made. Even though I chose the white paper, it's not shockingly white and still has a slight cream color to it. I chose the grid paper as well, where the grid width is much smaller than I'm used to seeing. I actually like how small it is because you can make more organized or detailed diagrams if you want. The paper itself is fairly smooth. It's also a bit thin and transparent, but doesn't seem flimsy. The notebook comes with a plastic cover that you can leave on or take off if you choose. It lies flat when opened and it's comfortable to use both sides of the pages because there isn't a middle spine to interfere with writing.

Smooth
This book is smooth all around, starting with a buttery soft matte cover that feels great in the hands. I like the off-white color of the pages, which add a little character and warmth to an otherwise stark and intimidating blank white page. The design is simple and minimal. There is one "table of contents" page at the beginning with columns for "No." and "Title/Date'. The paper is super smooth and pens glide like a dream across its surface, although the sheets are relatively thin, almost like regular printer paper. The notebook is flexible and will lay flat easily on its own if you bend back the spine first.

Very, very cool concept, wish it was bigger
I really like this notebook. The layout is very neat, and the whole concept feels thoughtful and organized without being overly complicated. It has that clean planner-style feel, so it works well for notes, lists, ideas, journaling, or keeping track of different projects. The paper feels nice to write on, and the notebook itself feels well made. I also like the index page because it makes it easier to actually find things later instead of flipping through pages like I’m searching ancient scrolls for one grocery list. It also feels durable. The binding seems sturdy, the cover has a nice protective feel, and it seems like it can handle being tossed in a bag or used regularly without falling apart. For the quality, layout, and thoughtful design, I think it is a good value. My only real wish is that it was bigger. The size is still useful, especially if you want something compact, but I personally would love a larger version with more room to spread out. Other than that, it is a really nice notebook with a smart design and a clean, organized feel.

a thoughtfully made notebook that’s genuinely pleasant to write in
This notebook immediately stands out for its paper quality. Writing feels smooth and controlled with everything from ballpoints to fountain pens, and the pages handle ink well without distracting bleed‑through. The fine grid is subtle enough to fade into the background while still keeping notes tidy, sketches aligned, and layouts organized. Quality is another strong point. The thread‑sewn binding lets it open flat with minimal effort, which makes longer writing sessions more comfortable, and the reinforced spine gives the impression it will hold up well over time. The lightly coated cover adds some protection against everyday wear without making it feel stiff or bulky. Small details add to the experience, like the index page for tracking notes and sections—useful for work, study, or ongoing projects. Overall, it strikes a nice balance between refinement and practicality. If you enjoy well‑made stationery and care about how writing feels on the page, this is an easy one to appreciate.

Quality paper, beautiful notebook
The beautiful simplicity of this notebook just makes me want to pick it up and write in it. The smooth grey cover paired with the cream colored pages makes for a calming aesthetic. The paper is very smooth, impressively so. It is not so thin that you can see writing on the other side easily. It is thin flexible book which makes it easy to add to the already full book bag, it doesn't add any bulk or weight. Priced very fairly as well.

NOLTY A5 Notebook
I recently picked up the NOLTY Notebook in A5 size, and I have to say, it’s quickly become one of my favorite notebooks. The plain white paper is a dream to write on—smooth and very pleasant. I love how it feels under my pen, whether I'm jotting down notes or doodling during meetings. The light gray cover gives it a neat and modern look that fits perfectly in my bag without being too flashy. With 96 pages, it offers enough space for all my ideas without feeling bulky or heavy to carry around. I'm also impressed with the quality; you can tell it’s made in Japan. The construction feels sturdy, and I can see this notebook holding up well over time. Overall, it’s a simple notebook, but sometimes that's all you really need. It’s functional and beautiful, and I appreciate the thoughtfulness that went into its design. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who loves jotting down thoughts or sketches!
