Works exactly as hoped
I am very pleased by these. The cut marks are clear though i use a pill cutter to cut at the marks to prevent crumbling they have done an excellent job. I will be reordering. I am a newbie making cheese and these have really gotten me off to a good start.

Not as Strong as Advertised
Based on the description, I expected a quarter tablet to easily set 1 gallon of whole milk. Nope! Don't be fooled and ruin a fresh batch of mozzarella. At least I was able to salvage this as a fresh batch of ricotta.

These tablets didn't work. Never got curds and whey. It ruined a lot of milk.
