Exchange required due to factory direct -- absolutely no problem - efficient and quick
Replacement of one item with a factory defect was no problem. Although I ordered and received a two-pack, they were willing to exchange with the one item with a defect. Nice that they listened. Would have preferred a clear/daylight bulb over "warm" but was not available through Amazon.

One good light one busted light
One of the lights arrived with a loose internal element or filament, I can hear it move around when I shake it and it makes light wobble when it is plugged in. So I pretty much paid for two lights and only got one.
