My other Black & Decker iron was not only heavy it also leaked water. In purchasing this iron not only is it light weight but it gets the wringles out of my clothes with ease. At first, I was not sure how I would like this type but now I'm glad that I made the decision to purchase this type. Also, being a crafter, it allows me to iron my material in half the time without having to worry about water leaking on to the material.

I saw there were several complaints about this iron leaking. I thought the same thing but after looking closer at it the water compartment must actually be snapped into place when closed and then there is no more leaking. It's light weight and simple to use. I love it!

Smaller than I thought but it works well. My only problem is there is no off button for the steam. When I am ironing vinyl onto a shirt I have to drain the water out and wait until it stops steaming because I’m not suppose to use steam when ironing vinyl.

A great iron —steam feature works well at different temperatures. So far no leaks. Like the smooth surface of the iron’s face.

Excellent quality and leaves the clothes well ironed. Automatic shutoff
