If you look up โcheapโ in the dictionary...
Yes itโs a bit flimsy, and yes a sturdy equivalent would cost $1,000. It is what it is; tricky to put together, the instructions arenโt perfect, some of the holes arenโt drilled right, a couple of the beams split a little when putting in screws, the wood is soft and feels cheap... but my 3 year old is having a blast playing on it, loves the climbing wall, loves the slide (the exposed screws on the slide arenโt that big a deal). Itโs cheap, sturdy enough to play on, and if it goes in the dumpster after 3 years itโll have fulfilled its purpose and been worth its price, and I think 3 years is a pretty fair estimate.

High quality, sturdy, my kids love it
This took me about 8 hours to assemble by myself with minimal breaks. The instructions are very well written and easy to follow. The specialized bit is included with the hardware, and all bags of hardware are clearly labeled. I did what the instructions recommended and sorted the lumber ahead of time; this definitely saved time in the long run. After about 3 weeks of use, Iโve seen one surface crack in a board, but it does not appear to be affecting stability. Iโve also seen one bolt back itself out, which was easily tightened. Iโd say just keep an eye on the structure, inspect it often, and be confident in your own carpentry/tool skills. Overall Iโm very happy with this set and my kids will definitely get a few years of use out of it before they outgrow it.

Better than I hoped (considering cost)
So this set actually came together well. There we few splinters here and there that I simply glued back in place (all cosmetic) Instructions aren't the most intuitive thing, but they work and eventually it will come together and stay in place pretty well. I got two kids (2 and 5), both have been testing it for reliability for over a month now. Still as solid as day it came together. Even 12 yr old cousin had her fun on the swing. No prob. Like I said, I expected a lot less. I was fully prepared to add some braces and supports here and there, may be replace a board or two... None of that happened. Only used different way to anchor it to the ground, since steaks that came with it are pretty large, and I didn't want to drive them into my synthetic turf. Box that it came in had some fairly big tears, and I was dreading missing hardware, but go lucky on that one. Nothing missing. Would still recommend seller or manufacturer to do a better job packaging and protecting the package for shipment.

Good swing set, build was simple to follow.
This swing set was a hit with my 3 year old. She loves that it is simple, the swing is sturdy enough for play. We hooked up a baby swing for my son now but was easy to put on the hooks. The slide is thick and sturdy also. The swing set overall did take 6+ hours to build but it was a step by step process. The manual could use better diagrams and explanation but the labeling was ok. Each board has a stamp of which number it is but also there is a diagram that details each board and size just in case. We did buy a good drill and pre drilled some holes due to the Cedar being soft. We had little trouble putting it together and it seems to be strong and sturdy for play. There are multiple spikes to hold down in the ground and a detail on the final prep. I will get years of use out of it hopefully!

Beware - If you need replacement parts, this seller is ZERO help.
****UPDATE***** Do NOT buy. Seller is completely unhelpful. We have now had broken bolts, holes in the wrong place, pieces that are not the correct size, etc. โโโโโโ- My husband has so far spent 6 hours assembling this swingset. No complaints on the time spent so far as it looks like itโs going to be perfect for our needs. However, we have a structural piece that has a hole 1/2 in off- like impossible to assemble. We could either choose to drill a new hole and compromise the structure or request a replacement piece. Clear choice, right? I messaged the seller and their recommendation was to return the product for a full refund... are you serious? Thatโs the BEST option we have?! I need one piece.... ONE. Iโm not making my husband spend another full day unassembling this beast to try to shove it all in the tiny box and pray fedex will pick it up. So we had to drill a new hole.... and hopefully the integrity of the structure will not suffer.... But beware, the seller was zero help. I needed one replacement part.... one that I provided the part number and everything. I will not buy from this seller again, and neither should you. Find another seller for your swingset.... thatโs my advice.

Good Value for the price -- Download the BILT AP instructions to make it WAY easier to Assemble!
The playset is a built pretty well. Nice straight wood, everything that should be pre-drilled was. All the hardware (screws, bolts, washers, etc.) are all marked Fantastically in their own bags, the wood pieces are also all marked well. We did have a piece of wood that was cracked on delivery, and the company promptly sent a replacement. The paper instructions Can be confusing, SO PLEASE save yourself time and download the BILT AP and use it It is a GREAT tool. Its 3D, you can flip around the pieces, rehear the instruction, etc. If I Only used the paper instructions the assembly would have been much longer. All in all, we are happy with the playset. I did apply 2 coats of clear weather seal on it to help it stand up to the elements. I did ADD the steering wheel, Bell, and Spy scope.

Plan on a few hours...
...to assemble this thing. Several of the diagrams were misleading and I had to redo some work. While the package came with the hardware to mount the "rocks" they were missing as was one of the spacer blocks. Fortunately the latter was essentially a piece of 2x4x4ยฝ which I replaced with a piece from my wood stock. The rocks - I really wasn't sure I was going to use them anyway so it was assembled without them. RECOMMENDATIONS: Assemble on a flat surface if possible. I did it on the yard and it made a couple of the pieces more challenging to attach. BE PATIENT and do not rush. I did this by myself and it took about 6 - 7 hours in total which I spaced over two days. Kudos to the parts packaging though. The appropriate screws, washers, bolts and nuts were very plainly labeled. Keep the unused items in the packages until needed. The instructions were a bit strange. The wooden pieces were stamped on the end of the pieces with a part number. However, the instructions used an alphanumeric code in each diagram that pointed back to the parts list at the beginning of the manual. Took a bit to get used to that, but worked out in the end. Some of the 2D diagrams did not match the actual 3D assemblies. I lost quite a bit of time trying to ensure what I THOUGHT I saw in the instructions were reflected in the assembled parts. I don't know if I'll ever buy something like this again. I believe it is an inherent part of the effort when putting something like this together with so many fasteners! If you get easily frustrated you should probably consider another option than this do-it-yourself item. All said an done I believe it is a cost effective solution to ensure my grandson has something to play on for the next 2 or 3 years. Then Craigslist gets it!!!

Pretty good, not bad, I can't complain.
I was thinking about building my own swingset\playset but after looking up prices on swings and slides I figured it would be more efficient to buy this and modify it to what I wanted but to my surprise it is way nicer than I was expecting. Very easy to assemble, took my wife and I about 3 and a half hours. The materials are cheap and I don't think I'm going to be playing on it but for my toddler and 8yr old it is more than sturdy. If you have a drill and a socket adapter and room to lay out the pieces it's a easy quarantine job.
