**Q: Do the knees bend?**
A: Unfortunately they do not

**Q: How does the final step work to transforming it from Optimus to the truck? I can't get the front cab to shift down so it's level with the rear  wheels**
A: My son helped me with the step by step. Put the head back. Put the fists back and straight. Rotate the top portion of his body around 180'. Snap the legs together. Push his middle into the rest of his body. and bend his body portion perpendicular to his top portion. Then swing his arms in over his legs and snap them down to his legs. Its a truck.

**Q: Has anyone else had an issue with the head popping off? Didn't even have it 24 hrs and the head popped off twice.**
A: Yep. Our pops off a lot.

This was a big hit with my son and even as I type this, several months after purchasing it, he's playing with it. He has fun making it transform from truck to action figure and it keeps him engaged and busy with independent play. That's a win in my book as I get a break from the relentless questions for a few minutes 😆. The quality has held up over the months although the figure's head sometimes pops out and has to be fixed but it goes right back on. It's a good size and it's easy to move. Buy it!
