So this combination premium wig grip band *and* cap is truly a game changer for anyone who wears a wig! Since I have hair that needs to be corralled I always used a combination of a wig cap first, and then a wig grip band. This was never ideal as the cap seam would dig into your skin with the velvet band on top, and the velvet band lacked enough skin to "grip" on to. And nothing was more odd than the feeling of the cap suddenly popping up and slipping under the wig and band! But it's been a combination that has worked for years, but never ideal. Imagine my surprise when this got recommended on desertcart. I didn't even know something like this existed. Yes, it is expensive but I thought I would give one a try. The moment it arrived and I put it on, I truly said "Wow" out loud. Talk about comfortable! The cap is lovely soft and cooling material, and the velvet grip band is extremely high quality. The minute I put this on, I could feel the difference. It's a very high quality band with an amazing cap attached. It's holding my wig wonderfully and I don't think it's ever been so comfortable.
