I don't like the typical headrest massage tables come with. The type of bodywork I do needs the head and shoulders on the table. Some massage tables have holes in them, but my electric table does not. I accidentally came across this a few weeks ago and purchased it. My clients love it! It has an opening so they can breathe but keep their head in a neutral position.

Not as sturdy on my bed. So I feel like I might not get good airflow. At least the dog enjoyed it as his chew toy.

I always have trouble getting comfortable while getting a massage because the pillows don't fit my face. I used this pillow yesterday, and it really helped. It took me a couple of head adjustments to get it placed right for my face. After that, I was quite comfortable for the duration of the massage. I recommend this pillow.

Very comfortable for home massage 💆

First of all, I was very pleased with all the high quality materials on this one. From the actual foam pillow insert (soooo soft, dense yet breathable, plush like a cloud) to the beautiful liner (quality zipper, washable, cooling, soft, rubber on the bottom to prevent slipping). Almost everything about this was a 10. It’s the right size and very comfortable for using at home. Of course, it’s not totally perfect— there is still slight discomfort being elevated like that on a flat bed, but that is unavoidable. If there was a bedside insert that was compatible with this wonderful pillow and allowed for less stress on the neck, I’d buy it in an instant! Overall it’s a fabulous alternative to a full on massage table, it’s nice to be able to breathe and stay facing down. It’s small enough to take traveling too. Wish I’d had this when I was dealing with a back injury!

Appears to be a well made product. I found it to be too soft to support my head. My face would get smooshed into the mattress making it difficult to breathe. Returned for refund.

This massage pillow has become a new favorite when it comes getting or giving a massage. It provides great support for the head and neck when lying on your stomach. it actually put your head and neck it the right alignment for an even massage on both sides of your back. I can actually breathe without having to hang my head off the bed or couch. It is just firm enough to hold support. Great quality! It even has rubbery pads on the bottom so it is not sliding around. Perfect size, and shape, for an adult face to rest on with easy.

This pillow has become an essential part of my family's life very quickly. Having lots of muscle knots, my husband needs daily massages with the percussion massage gun. Previously, he'd plant his face in/on a pillow, and either he'd have to turn his head all the way to one side just to breathe or the pillow forces the head/neck backward (both options are counterproductive when you're trying to resolve muscle knots). This has prevented his neck from having incremental pain. I'd previously looked into getting one of those massage table face pieces (with the hole to put your face, facing down) adapted for at home use, with a big metal bracket that could go between a mattress and box spring, but 1) those are pricey, 2) I don't want that sticking off my bed all the time, taking up tons of precious space, 3) that solution can only go in one location and is decidedly NOT portable, and 4) we're currently not using a box spring - this is very common these days, with beds being designed for use without box springs, so I abandoned my search until this came along. This pillow resolves virtually all of that. I've used it myself, too. It's not QUITE as ergonomic as a real massage table, but it absolutely does the trick for us at home - much better than prior alternatives. It's easy to breathe with this pillow - no hot air stuck inside, as there's a hole allowing oxygen to flow in and out. I love the non-slip base side as well, as it stays put. It did arrive with a odor (common with lots of memory foam pillows). I let it sit for a couple days in an area with very strong circulation which helped, and the smell continues to fade as the weeks go on. I find this product to be a good value and good design.
