Works like an OEM Mass Air Flow Sensor for me!
I picked this up for my 2009 Prius. After multiple attempts at cleaning my OEM mass air flow sensor with 235k miles, I decided it was time to just replace mine to try to fix the check engine light and worse than normal fuel mileage. The car was acting up and throwing a CEL for a month or 2. I cleaned the mass air flow sensor and throttle body with the CRC kit you can buy in stores. At first I thought it worked, but ultimately the CEL came back. I tried cleaning the MAF sensor again, CEL again. People say "they never go bad". Well, they do.I gave up on cleaning and just ordered this because of the price and positive reviews. I inspected it upon arrival and saw some slight differences but gave it a shot anyway. Low and behold, no CEL and the car not only runs better, but I gained back the MPG's I had lost once the CEL started popping up.Happy with my purchase, I saved a decent amount of money and my car is running great again!

Good price and did the job!
2005 Sienna with PO171 and PO 174 codes . I saw someone wrote he replaced his MAF and solved this problems. i took a chance buying this product seeing some negative reviews BUT to my surprise, it worked. My only complain is it was not a perfect fit but it still worked and PASS smog which was my ultimate goal!

Insanely cheap and easy tune-up!
My GS300 was sputtering a bit and sort of lagging while accelerating. A little online research suggested changing this part, but the Lexus part is crazy expensive. I tried taking the old one out and cleaning it with MAF cleaner spray from a local car store, but it didn't help at all. I ordered this part and have been pleased. Mileage definitely improved, performance is back to normal, and the install took all of 5 minutes. I'd highly recommend.

Check engine light?
I replaced the old one today, I fired the car up, cleared the DTCs, and then took it for a ride with a scanner connected. The light hasn't come back on yet, but I only drove about 10 miles so far. I guess I'll know soon enough.

Did not work with my vehicle though the page says otherwise.
I had purchase this after market for my 2006 Toyota Highlander Hybrid as the add says it matches. I had fit it as instructed and even reset the "check engine" light. Every 60 miles or so the check engine light kept coming back so had to take it to the dealer who replaced the MAF with the OEM part and since then the check engine light has gone. So to me I paid for a part which is not of any use.

Really easy to install
Read other reviews about only using original Toyota products, I have a 2004 Lexus IS300 started to really use gas and exhaust was black then check engine light went on. I checked the code 701 and 704, I figured the price was right had okay reviews so I gave it a shot, to my surprise car runs extremely better. No engine light, acceleration improved and gas mileage went up. Worth every cent
