Skechers Go Walk Activity Tracker/Sleep Monitor

Product does not work. Can't sync with phone and no app for Android. Charger barely connects with band and does not charge all the time.

Came in an already opened package, though I expected a new unopened package. The receipt stated the package was open but was in new condition. The product did not work and even though I contacted them within two weeks of receiving the product, they were not willing to help saying that I needed to contact them within 24 hours of receipt of the product with any issues. Not only did I not open the package immediately upon receiving it (rather it was several days later since it was a gift for a family member to open), but after careful inspection to be sure it was not user error I feel 24 hours is an insufficient amount of time to be given to lodge a complaint with regards to a faulty product.

STOP before you spend $100 on a Fitbit! This is super-easy to work. It keeps track of your steps, your calories burned, and distance covered. Go to the App Store, get the free app, push the button on the bracelet where it says to and how it says to, to sync with Bluetooth and recording your current information, and push it a different way to track your sleep. I charged the Go Walk for an hour, put it on, and immediately started recording my information, just by moving around! You have the option of posting your results on Facebook or Twitter. As far as I can tell, the only thing you are missing is the ability to friend people and give them props, or make fun of them. If you want your activity tracker to be private, this is definitely good. It's a thirds of the price of the Fitbit, and I took a chance, and I'm glad I did.

This is not what I expected at all. I am pretty disappointed as I got this because the Fit Bit is just way out of my price range. When I opened it the band was soft and comfortable. I hooked it up until the light turned green and then I entered in all my info. I was wearing it around the house and caught a few steps here and there but that was about it. I was getting ready for bed and I set it to the sleep mode. I was pretty excited to see what my stats would be. I woke up in the morning, checked my phone and there was nothing there. I checked the tracker and it seemed to be working fine. So then I got dressed for work and put the tracker back on. Not one foot step was registered. Little did I know that I had to continually turn on the WiFi setting on the wrist band. I thought it was all going to be in real time. I certainly am not a fan of this product and I am sending it back. I'll just save my pennies and get a fit bit when the time is right.

The charging cable that was sent with the product did not work, unable to reach customer service to get help. I regret purchasing this product.

I received this product for Christmas, and within 3 weeks it had stopped working as it should. It would not sync with my phone, but would show results for the previous day. Then out of the blue, it started syncing again, and worked for about 2 weeks, and has now quit working again! There is NO customer support, just a phone number that you never hear back from. Instruction manual is only for use, nothing about troubleshooting. Not happy with this product, and will be discarding and getting something that I can depend on.

Bought it for my wife and she was disappointed by tge lack of functions it provided. Would not buy again.

Thought this would work great since I have heard of the Skechers brand. But the app was outdated in design and functions, and that's probably why it didn't sync properly. Sure it looks nice but what's the point if won't work right. I returned it and got a Misfit Flash: Misfit Wearables Flash - Fitness and Sleep Monitor (Black) I don't recommend this, spend your money on the Misfit instead!
