Do they come off of the glasses if your nose is wet (like from sweat)?

The pads stay on mine for 4 to 6 weeks and then slip off. At that point I clean the glasses and install new pads. I even wash my glasses in running water often with no problem.

Can they get rid of red marks on my nose been left from my glasses?

They helped me to avoid getting a mark across the bridge of my nose by slightly raising the glasses a couple of millimeters

Will these work for glasses with separate nose holders? I mean not the glasses that are pictured?

These stick very well and also grip your nose well. I would say yes but my glasses are one piece. Definitely recommend, the thin ones are best
