What A Pleasure
If only more things in life could have been more pleasurable as putting this item together was.First the item was shipped VERY quickly.Often when you get packages of furniture to put together you find you are missing pieces. This company not only shipped everything it shipped EXTRA plastic pieces. That's right...EXTRA.Now let's get to actually putting it together. ASMR video have NOTHING on the satisfying "click" you hear as each plastic piece fits perfectly into it's spot. Sliding the panels in, the satisfying SNAP and pleasure you feel wash over you as you realize you do not need to force anything into place. A child could put this together. In fact, I almost wanted to take it apart just to feel the satisfaction and nerve calming soothness all over again. They give you several ideas on how the pieces could fit together but there is just enough creativity allowed that you could form your own vision of storage tower greatness. I chose my own path and built something even BIGGER than what they showed by not putting the dividers in between in the middle, but have a nice big space and building higher. When I was done I happily filled it up with all the things I had laying around on my floor and now my floor is clutter free! What I found sort of confusing though was that they included a little crab claw wooden mallet with the package. It is possible you could use the mallet on the pieces, but they fit so well together by hand you don't need to. I can only imagine they knew I was from Maryland somehow and that I would happily be eating some crabs afterwards, admiring my new storage unit and wanted to gift me a sweet little hammer as a thank you for purchasing. :DI LOVE this little storage unit.

Sturdy enough and easy to put together
Was easy to put together. Did not always need the hammer included for the connector pieces, but I am glad they included it. Used with multiple boxes to create a large closet organizer for my t-shirts. I liked that I could mix and match the black and white to create something more unique, artistic, and easy on the eyes.I wish this had come with flat-sided connectors for the bottom/top sections. I did not use the "legs" pieves. Would not recommend putting heavy things on it, unless they are on the bottom row. With larger pieces, I do recommend building the enture structure before putting it into place. Those connectors are easy to put on...but that means they are also easy to knock off as well.

Good for holding lightweight stuff like lap blankets, clothes, or yarn.
I bought with the intention of storing my yarn in this because my supplies are taking over my living room. I needed organized chaos. I ended up using it to store the abundance of living room blankets that I have accumulated over some time. I'm a bit obsessed with making sure everyone has a blanket if they visit. Having had to use window curtains at one point during a visit at someone else's house. The cubes work perfect for storing my lap blankets and I can still put stuff like the remote or my laptop on the tops of them. I assembled in the 3, 2, 1 way. The instructions are in-between the slats. So, look for those. Although it's pretty self explanatory, there's a learning curve when it comes to the order of assembly in which you put the slats. I had to take apart a few times to get the bottoms of each section put in. :/ but that's on me.The connectors are pretty stiff to attach. I ended up not using the little mallet that came with because the hitting part came off the holding part immediately. I just used the floor and leverage to make them snap.Overall, I like it. It's not gonna hold a plethora of books, or trinkets nicely, the slats are like a thin plastic type material so they'll slope down if too much weight is on them, but it would have done what I initially bought it to do if I didn't change my mind to a blanket storage, which it does well, especially for the price.

Sturdy
I finally put these together after a few years. Yes, I said years. These cubes are sturdy and my kitten has decided the best toy/sleep space ever. I got it to use for my clothes but its now a gym for a 7 month old kitten. He hasn't been able to rip the material or break the shelves apart.

BANE OF MY EXISTENCE
Okay, so yes… I’ve purchased these shelves twice. Yes, they organize my living room and are aesthetically pleasing… and you would THINK that they would be easy to put together. All you have to do is snap the little boogers together, right? NO. These b****es kicked my a**. I’d get so far only to realize that a CORNER of 1 little panel had come undone, and in trying to fix it, more single corners of other panels would come undone. There was a lot of yelling. I accidentally broke a few pieces. I’m not done yet. I love the modular/ stackable / whatever idea and I love how they look but I will burn the house down before I try to put more together. That is all.

Excellent Product for multiple uses!
Fully Customizable, I used them as bookshelves, and storage in my closet. I have even seen photos of people using these to create a pen for their pet Rabbit! I have ordered 4 of these. The first 2 were impeccable, very sturdy, clicked into place exactly as they should.I don't know what happened the 2nd time I ordered, I ordered a pair of them. I opened both packages at the same time, so I have no clue if it was the 3rd or 4th package. But, there were serious issues with a few of the squares. I think the wire frame was cut too thin, because there were some loose fits, no matter how many plastic clips I tried I still couldn't get it to "Snap or Click" into place, it simply slid in and was very loose. I managed to put them in the middle of the build so the weight on either side should keep it together. I am still a bit nervous about the setup however it's holding together fine at this time.I am going to be honest, I just think I got unlucky with that 2nd pair of kits, which is why I did not take any stars off or even ask for a replacement item.I would certainly purchase these again, especially from this vendor, and I recommend them to anyone considering it.
