Is it 18 months as well?** A: We would go a little bigger than 18mth for the shoes for the 25" Full Body Ventriloquist puppets as their feet are wider and the instep higher than kids. ~Silly Puppets **Q: Where is the back opening to move the hand?** A: The back opening is between the shoulder blades. That opening goes to the head to move the mouth.
