Anyway the first time I tried this was a few years ago and was from Giustiamo..com and was called 'colatura di alici'. it's made on the Amalfi coast of Southern italy and has been made by the same family for many years. The Spanish version was a Christmas gift the year before last and I like the fact the bottle looks like a tiny amphora.
