The original charger fell apart.
The block type plug is a pain for shared outlets, but still works great for a Lenovo Yoga 900.

Good replacement a/c charger for Lenovo Yoga 700
I am pleased to say that this a/c charger is a successful replacement for the original damaged/faulty a/c charger.It works fine -- glad to have my laptop back. Lenovo should re-think using a USB-style port for a/c charger vs the standard round power cable -- this style cable can easily get damaged trying to figure out which way the cable should be seated (just my 2 cents).

This was the answer for my 5 year old laptop
Lately my laptop has been running well except for the charging issue, stripped of power even when I had it plugged in overnight. After seeking the advice of others, I decided on a plan of action: first buy a new cord, try a new battery if that doesn't work then start thinking about replacement. Bought this cord and it's nice to see 100% charge icon again after a few weeks of not. Came very quickly and pleased with purchase.

Saved the life of my Lenovo Yoga 900 that "wouldn't turn on".
This charger works perfectly with my Lenovo Yoga 900. At first my 900 would not turn on. Then I used the reset button for a while. But eventually the problem turned out to be the power supply. And this charger fixed it all. Whew!

Great replacement
Bought this to attempt to fix the issue with my Lenevo Yoga not charging before taking it in. Worked like a charm! Issue was with the original charger and this took care of the issue!
