I bought this cover and didn’t want the gaping hole so I also bought a wire mesh and placed it between the jeep and the plate. Worked great.

Had to add some backdrop, but it looks great!
I added a steel sheet behind mine to give it some backdrop and bring out the details and also close up the vent hole. I’m kind of confused because this kit came with the delete plugs but left a gaping hole in the middle of the tailgate (???) not too sure that’s going to keep dust and debris out like that...The material appears to be pretty sturdy tho I’m sure you would be able to bend it with ease.Anyway after a super simple addition of some steel it looks great and I’m pleased with it for the price because this also included the body plugs and I like the star as apposed to a blank plate or advertising for some company. It was a great mod until I upgrade my tire carrier to accommodate 35’s

Should state bolts not included..and offer purchase
Looks great...Somewhere it should tell you hardware is needed... My was spare mount was removed and bolts were missing this came with out any...so now its not installed...need to find bolts
