Nice little touch getting the thermometer thrown in just adds to the warmth. Did not bother with the app as that did not seem to work . This promised the lot and delivered....almost. It has definitely made a difference to how the heat gets pushed out from our stove which is very well set back. It is small and unobtrusive (see pic) and it is very quiet…but not completely silent (listen to video - NB that last click you hear is the stove cooling, not the fan). If there is any other noise in the room then it’s fine. You definitely cannot hear it over the TV or music. It is only when you are sat in a completely quiet room and the fire has died down a bit you can then hear the clicking as the fan spins. It is soft and unnoticeable until there is no other noise then like a ticking clock, some may find it therapeutic whilst others are driven to distraction. I would love to find a truly silent fan and would happily pay double! Also one in gunmetal grey to match my stove.....
