This can comfortably fit my phone, car keys, pack of cigs and lighter, wallet and change, pen, pocketknife and 2 energy bars. I have been wearing mine crossbody from shoulder to waist with the bag low and towards my back, this just seems like the best way to fully secure it to my body.
