Whether or not this helps with cellulite or lymphatic drainage is to be determined over time, but I really do love this tool. I work out every day. I still find myself getting sore and achy no matter how much I'm in the gym each week and this feels great to use. It doesn't require electricity. I can keep it in my gym bag to use as needed. I just wrap it around my leg and slide up and down. I can apply the amount of pressure I desire, and the rollers help get into all the spots at the same time. It's light weight and not too bulk for my gym bag. I enjoy it.

After a few uses, they get gross. Hard to clean between the gaps.

To remove the handles, you simply just hold in the little button on the sides which releases the handles from the main roller and then snap them back in place when done. The roller itself isn’t flimsy and seems well-made, and while it’s not extremely heavy, it isn’t super light like cheap plastic. It has a nice weight to it, making it easy to hold when using. The textured wheels apply firm, consistent pressure without feeling too harsh on the skin. After a few sessions, I noticed my legs felt less tense, especially around my outer and upper thigh areas where I tend to hold a lot of tightness. I also appreciate that the tool doesn’t squeak or snag, and it glides easily over skin or clothing. What surprised me most is how relaxing the massage rollers felt. I originally bought it for cellulite and fascia release, but it’s turned into part of my everyday routine, even while sitting at my desk working. While I have not seen any noticeable differences with skin texture yet, I have noticed and felt improvement with muscle tension and tightness, and for me that is already a win! The body exfoliator is a nice addition, which has finger slots on the back and is easy to hold. Overall, I would recommend this tool for anyone looking to improve circulation and release muscle tension, as it feels too good not to own!

I liked how this felt on my thighs and OVER leggings. Without clothes I think it would be painful. Going up and down on my thigh felt like a strong massage. You can adjust the pressure with the side handles. I tried using this on my upper arm but the device is too big for that and the rollers wouldn’t touch my arm. The dry brush they include is useless- it’s way too flimsy and wouldn’t give results that a real dry brush is used for . When I googled info for fascia blasting, it can affect hormones so I would recommend doing your research before tying this type of device.

This is a nice manual massager. I used it gently and that was good enough for me. I love that it just wraps around your whole leg, so you can roll all of it at once. The handles do come off so you can roll your arms and smaller areas easier. Great thing to have in my home and I don't have to remember to keep it charged
