This is a high quality magnesium glycinate supplement. I like that they are using Albion magnesium bisglycinate, which is one of the main brands I look for with magnesium. The full 350 mg elemental magnesium is right in the range I like to see, and from a formulation standpoint this is doing the main thing right. The only real downside is the 4 capsule serving size. That is a little more than I would personally prefer for something this simple, especially when some other magnesium glycinate products can get similar dosing in fewer capsules. The added 5 mg BioPerine is fine, but it is not really the main reason to buy something like this and doesn't make a meaningful difference in absorption. Glycinate is usually easy on the stomach, and 350 mg is enough to be a meaningful dose for relaxation and sleep support. I take 4 capsules an hour before bed and it definitely improves my sleep quality and helps me fall asleep a bit quicker. Overall this is a really solid magnesium glycinate with the right form and a meaningful dose. I would personally prefer fewer capsules per serving, but the Albion form and full dosing make this a good product. All that said, at just 30 servings per bottle, it's not a great value compared to tablet form of Albion magnesium.
