Product description Review: Bluetooth App glucose monitoring system. - The Oxiline Gluco XS Pro is a Bluetooth App, Smart Blood Glucose meter kit. It includes the monitor, 50 test strips, 50 lancets, a lancing device, the control solution, a micro USB cable for charging, a comprehensive instruction manual, quick start guide, and a carrying case. You do need a charging adapter block for your wall outlet, or charge with a computer or other device. This meter can be used with or without the APP and is a single patient monitor. The APP was already installed on my smartphone, as I have another one of their devices, and it was simple to download. The glucose meter sync was fast and super easy! You set your time and date the first time you connect and sync the APP to the monitor, and it is ready to go for future entries. You can store up to 500 results, then it will delete the oldest entry to make room for new readings. The lancet device works very well, and has multiple puncture depth settings, making collecting the sample virtually painless! I found that the test strip collects the sample easily and requires a very small amount of blood. The G-Sense Oxiline test strips come with the lancets and are very affordably priced! I have compared the accuracy of this device to a second meter of a different brand that I have, and they read exactly the same! The results are ready in five seconds. The monitor is bright, clear, and easy to read. This monitor, with the ability to store and chart my results on my smartphone phone , is a superior method for tracking my glucose levels. The system will make sharing my readings with my doctor, easy and practically effortless. Now that I have used this smart glucose meter, I will never go back to a standard model! I highly recommend this product! Review: Complete glucose monitoring starter kit with Bluetooth connectivity via app. - This is a full starter kit for monitoring blood glucose that includes the Glucose XS Pro meter, 50 test strips, 50 lancets, control solution, a lancing device, a charging cord (micro usb), and a case. The case (OD: 3.75” x 5.5” x 1.75”) is large enough to carry all the included supplies, though it may be desireable to find a couple small containers to carry a subset of the lancets around as well as have a small container to contain your used test strips and lancets until they can be safely disposed of. The unit itself is quite compact. As with other glucose monitors, the test strips are considered proprietary to the monitor. Replacement test strips can be purchased through desertcart as of this review, or you can purchase a bundle of test strips and lancets directly from the manufacturer. The device can be linked to your phone via the Oxiline app (and bluetooth), though it can also be used without that functionality. The app is very basic, but seems to work well enough. I haven’t a thing for being able to review and manipulate data, and I wish there were ways to split the data up, but alas, there isn’t any obvious way to do that natively. Collecting a sample is fairly painless and quick - the lancets are sharp, and for most of my fingers, using a setting of 1 on the lancing device has been sufficient. I haven’t had any problems with errors on the strips I’ve used thus far, with the exception of the one that was totally user error (I failed to get a large enough blood droplet to sample from). My readings have accurately returned values where I expect them to be, and if for some reason they aren’t correct, the ability to check the device with the provided control solution is helpful. It is easy to tell on the test strip that enough blood has been provided, and the unit counts down (from 5 to 1) as it’s processing before presenting the resulting value. The price of the unit is moderate to high compared to others available, and the price for the supplies is likewise on the higher end.

Accurate, easy to use, and an excellent value starter kit
As a type 1 diabetic, I have tried many different glucose monitors. I currently wear a CGM, but I still need a traditional monitor as a backup and to occasionally confirm my CGM readings. I ordered this monitor when I was running low on test strips and noticed this kit included 50 strips for not much more than the cost of strips alone, which made it an easy decision. This set comes with everything you need: the monitor, a very nice neoprene carrying case, 50 test strips, a lancing device, lancets, a charging cable, and control solution. Setup was extremely easy. I downloaded the app and had everything connected in under a minute. The device paired with my phone almost instantly, and readings appear within seconds in a very large, easy to read font. Accuracy has been impressive so far. Readings have consistently been within five to ten points of my CGM, which is excellent for a backup device. The strips are very easy to use and do not require a large blood sample. I also really like that readings are automatically sent to the app, where they are stored and displayed with charts and graphing options. The lancing device is a standard design, but it works well and is comfortable to use. My only concern is future availability of test strips, as I am not yet sure where to easily purchase replacements. That said, I have been very happy with this kit overall. The inclusion of 50 test strips instead of the usual small starter amount is a huge plus. It is a great value, well designed, and very practical. I would definitely recommend it.

Fantastic Device For Health Tracking—Beginners Might Have A Slight Learning Curve Though
I recently started tracking my health stats daily for a company wellness program, and this monitoring system has been a fantastic addition. It's a sleek, modern kit that comes with almost everything you need to get started right out of the box. Setting up the monitor was a breeze. I plugged it into the included USB-C cord to reach full power before the first use; it charged quickly and has held that charge perfectly ever since. Following the manual to set the date and time was straightforward. I definitely recommend downloading the app and pairing it via Bluetooth immediately. It's much easier to see your progress on a phone screen than just scrolling through the device history. As someone new to checking blood glucose, I did hit a small learning curve. The manual and quick reference guide are very detailed regarding cleaning and operation, but as a visual learner, I would have loved a QR code leading to a quick "how-to" video. The lancing device (the "pen" that pricks your finger) has five depth settings. If you're a beginner like me, you might need some trial and error. I ended up using a higher setting to ensure I got a usable sample on the first try, so I didn't have to prick my finger twice! Once I got the hang of the lancing device, the rest was instant. The monitor recognized the blood on the strip and gave me a reading within five seconds. The best part? It synced automatically with the app on my phone, so I didn't have to write anything down for my wellness program logs. While the kit is comprehensive, it doesn't include "cleanup" supplies. You'll want to buy a pack of alcohol wipes separately. Also, keep in mind that used lancets and strips are medical waste. The carrying case is great for storage, but it doesn't have a dedicated spot for a portable sharps container or a waste pouch. If you've been monitoring your sugar for years, you'll love how portable and tech-forward this is. If you're a "newbie" like me, it's still a wonderful investment—just give yourself a few minutes to get comfortable with the parts before your first "stick." It's a great tool for staying on top of your health at home or on the go!

Nice high quality, high tech device with option for added app features
This is a high quality glucose monitoring device. This is my second Oxiline product and they do make high quality, high tech health devices. I’m not the biggest fan of products that require an app in order to use it. It feels like it’s just stealing my data, particularly this kind of device that has sensitive health data. I did test this without the app first and it still works to give an accurate reading which is great. I compared it to the reading from a more simple electric glucose monitor I have and they were similar. When fully set up with the app, it does give you a ton of options to track your numbers which is helpful if you need to monitor your glucose levels over time. Incidentally, the app works for multiple different Oxiline devices so it’s great to connect and use for their suite of health products. The only issue is I’m not sure it’s worth the high cost since there are other (albeit simpler) versions at half the price. You do have to buy proprietary strips and lancets so compatibility is an issue, though as others mentioned they are normally priced. If you’re not looking to use the app or those features, I would not suggest paying the higher premium for this and just buy one of the simpler and cheaper versions. If you like using Bluetooth and apps to track your health, then this is a quality item and a good purchase.

Great back up
This Gluco XS Pro Blood Glucose Monitoring System is a solid, modern option to keep as a backup glucose tester. It delivers results in about five seconds and uses a very small blood sample, which makes routine finger-stick testing quick and relatively comfortable. Setup is straightforward, and the kit includes everything needed to start testing right away, making it practical both at home and for travel. Accuracy is where this meter stands out. Readings are consistent and reliable when compared across multiple tests, which is exactly what you want from a secondary meter used to double-check results or provide peace of mind if your primary device isn’t available. For day-to-day diabetes management, it feels dependable enough to trust. The Bluetooth app adds extra value by automatically logging readings to your phone, allowing you to review trends over time and share data if needed. While the app isn’t perfect and can occasionally lag or disconnect, it doesn’t take away from the meter’s core function. Even without relying heavily on the app, the on-device performance remains strong. Overall, the Gluco XS Pro works well as a reliable backup glucose monitoring system. It combines fast readings, good accuracy, and optional digital tracking in a compact package, making it a useful addition to any diabetes management routine.

Has everything you need included
This Gluco XS Pro blood Glucose monitoring system is very well made and easy to use. There is an app that you can install on your phone and use Bluetooth to see up to the last 500 test results. If you don't have a smartphone you can still see the past results but you will have to scroll through the device to find them and it isn't as user friendly as the app. This system comes with everything you need to get started, including 50 test strips and lancets. It has a charge cable included that you can charge on your laptop or computer but it you want to plug it into your wall you will need your own charge block. You can choose how deep you want to prick your finger and you really don't need much blood at all to get a reading, which is nice. It functions as it should. Reading is very quick. I like that this is a smaller size with a carry case so I can take it on the go and measure my blood sugar throughout the day. Overall I feel this is a good value and I'm happy with it.

A decent Glucose device
The Gluco XS Pro is a neat, compact glucose reader that works quickly and efficiently. Like all other glucose monitoring devices, it seems to be very accurate and easy to use. The hardest part is drawing the blood and placing the drop onto the test strip, which really isn't hard at all. I did notice that this device read the results quicker than my last device which is a plus for me. The price is on average the same to devices in this space. What I like most about this device is that it doesn't force you to download an app on your phone to work. I have had that bad experience before, and I will never do it again, so this stand-alone device is perfect. There are plenty of test strips to get you started, so messing up once or twice isn't a real issue. There are anomalies that you will have to contend with and understand, such as getting false or inaccurate readings due to your dietary intake or even taking vitamins. These are common limitations that effect all glucose machines, but the instruction manual goes over them to give you a heads up. Overall, a great little machine that will give you peace of mind.
