I ordered this gel eye mask mainly for my daughter who has started to have the occasional hormonal headache. It’s turned out to be a lovely comfort to her. The mask is filled with small gel beads and measures roughly seven inches across, so it gives good coverage. The strap is adjustable with Velcro, so easy to fit, and you can use it cold or warm, depending on need. She has mainly used it chilled from the fridge, which feels really soothing and the gel holds the temperature quite well. One side of the mask has a smooth gel surface, while the other has a softer fabric lining. The fleece side is the one she has against her skin. Good quality and value for money reusable option to keep in the fridge.
