I ordered this to improve my pour over coffee setup because I have been using a normal kettle with a V60 for ages, and it has made a noticeable difference straight away. It feels surprisingly well made considering it is currently priced at £11.39, and it has a nice solid feel when you hold it. The black finish looks neat on the counter and it feels more premium than I expected for something so small. The spout is easily the best part of it. It gives a really controlled flow and it makes it much easier to pour slowly and evenly, which has helped me get more consistent results when brewing. It feels precise without being awkward to use, and even small adjustments in angle change the flow nicely. One thing worth pointing out is that some of the pictures make it look like it comes with a lid, but mine did not include one. It has not really affected how I use it, but it is something to be aware of. The size is also quite compact which I actually like because it is easy to store and clean, although you do need to refill it more often if you are making multiple cups. Overall I am really happy with it. It feels like a simple tool that makes pour over brewing much easier and more controlled, and it does exactly what I wanted without costing much. For the current price of £11.39 it feels like a really solid addition to a basic coffee setup. The gooseneck kettle is shown with a lid in some pictures, and without the lid in some, but I can confirm that the kettle does not come with a lid, making it not ideal for pour over coffee. The kettle is made of stainless steel and appears to be teflon coated. It does work as a watering can, and the spout is easy to use to pour accurately and slowly. It is a shame it doesn't come with a lid though, and I think it is expensive without.
