Metal build
For some reason it is bigger than I imagined, I knew the measurements and when I unpacked it just looked bigger. The whole thing is pretty much metal, and I feel a little better about that, it is not going into a wet space so I am not to worried about moisture, although if you placing this in a wet space this could be something to consider. Looking at it the first thing I noted was that if I fit the square section flush with the wall I will need to groove out a section for the cable, or put a hole in the bracket somewhere, there is no section that allows the cable to be fitted to allow a clean fit. I think this feels like an exhaust fan that would be fitted directly to the mains getting a plug fitted with no adjustments. The unit must be fitted with the exhaust flaps vertical otherwise the just flap open, the spring is very soft and is only strong enough to close them when they are vertical, this is not a problem since strong springs require and even strong exhaust fan and then it is just a lot more noise and probably not much better extraction, so just note this when fitting. Otherwise all is fine, it is not the quiet fan, but nor loud, and it is functional, with its on/off button it is easy to use. I have finished fitting mine yet since I have not decided whether to drill the bracket or create a groove for the wiring, and it is not a rush for me. It has been tested and works fine, mine is in a corner that need the air moved and being out the way the fan does not bother, the upside is it frees up table space by moving the fan into the wall and the cable means I do not need to worry about extra wiring or switches, it is a good solution.

clean air!
This exhaust fan feels powerful for its size and moves air efficiently. The build is solid with a clean metal finish. i noticed it runs smoothly without rattling once installed. It’s suitable for kitchens or workshops where extra ventilation helps. The included plug makes setup straightforward. You dont feel like it’s struggling, even when running for longer periods.

Robust metal extractor fan, with decent airflow and build quality!
The 6" fan arrives nicely packaged along with a product manual. It features a hardwired cable already fitted, which includes an integrated switch and a UK plug. For those using this with a laser or filament printer to vent fumes from an enclosure, the current wiring setup is very convenient for a personal setup. However, if you intend to install this in a kitchen, for example, the wire would likely need to be trimmed and joined into a junction box with a proper fused switch. For most people, this task is best handled by a qualified electrician. The unit itself is larger than typical wall or ceiling based fans. It feels very robust and is primarily made of metal throughout, including the fan blades. I bench-tested it and found it produces a decent amount of airflow with higher noise than the thinner plastic based ones. While the price has increased since I placed my order and is no longer under £20, I believe the current cost reflects the overall build quality of the unit. It feels like a solid, professional piece of kit that justifies the cost. Overall, I think it is a decent quality fan suitable for a variety of applications as long as it fits within one's requirements

powerful and durable ventilation solution
This extractor fan delivers strong airflow suitable for kitchens, garages, or workshop environments. The 525 m³/h capacity effectively reduces odors and excess moisture in enclosed spaces. The stainless steel design feels robust and well-constructed. The included backdraft damper helps prevent unwanted airflow when the fan is not in operation. Installation with the UK plug is straightforward. Noise levels are reasonable for a fan of this power level. It runs efficiently without excessive vibration, contributing to a more comfortable environment during operation. Overall, it’s a powerful and durable ventilation solution. Well-suited for spaces requiring reliable air extraction performance.

Exhaust fan
I installed this exhaust fan in my kitchen to improve ventilation while cooking. It’s powerful enough to pull out steam, smoke, and odors effectively especially when frying or cooking strong smelling foods. The fan feels solidly built and the stainless steel finish looks clean and professional. Noise levels are reasonable considering the airflow and the backdraft damper helps prevent cold air from coming back in when the fan isn’t running. Overall it’s a strong and reliable ventilation upgrade.
