Review: 経営するサロンで使用。 組立ての所要時間は10分弱(段ボール解体込み)。 組立てでは六角レンチとスパナを使用しますが、六角レンチしか入っておらずスパナが必要です。 座面シート裏のラバーはガンタッカーの打ち込みが雑で浮いています。 ウェアやパンツが引っ掛かれば剥がれるかも。 一番の問題は安定性。 ベンチで一番重要な安定性が悪い(動画参照)。 このような組立ては得意な方でしっかりバランスを考え締めますが、フローリングではガタガタします。 トレーニングマット上ではそんなにブレませんが・・・。 座面のクッション性は良い感じです。 ▲１ スパナなし ▲１ 安定性

下の子を寝かしつけたあと、こっそりダンベルを握るのが日課なんですけど、このベンチは出し入れが楽で助かってます。 本体が意外と軽いから、使わない時は部屋の端っこにヒョイっと避けておけるし、場所を取らないのがいいですね。 以前は床にヨガマットを敷いてやってたけど、やっぱりベンチがあると胸の可動域が広がって、効いてる感じが全然違います。 クッションは厚みがあって、仰向けになっても背中が痛くなることはないです。 ただ、組み立ては単純な作業なんですけど、少し手間取りました。 安定感については、僕くらいの体重でダンベルプレスをやる分にはガタつきもなくて全然問題ないです。 足をかける場所がないフラットタイプだから、腹筋メインで使いたい人には少し工夫がいるかも。 あと、使い始めはシートのビニールっぽい匂いが少し鼻についたけど、数日出しっぱなしにしてたら気にならなくなりました。 本格的なジムにあるような重量級のベンチに比べれば、華奢な印象はあります。 でも、家で30分とか1時間くらいサクッと鍛える分には、この手軽さが丁度いい。 値段も手頃だし、ジムに通う時間がなかなか取れない子育てパパのホームジム入門としては、十分すぎる性能だと思います。
