is this good total for constipation ?

It is a gentle, slow fix for long term constipation such as that caused by long term use of pain killers like Tramadol or Hydrocodone. Works well for me.

I have received the benefiber i ordered. i received a bottle with 190 servings and not 208 as the product shows. will a billling adjustment be made?

This also happened to me once.... The seller did NOTHING, make note of the seller and do not buy from them again.

The one I received had an expiration date of over a year left. Amazon used Sams to fulfil the order. One I purchased at Target on line April 2020 had already expired but they gave me a credit for it.
